This is an early 5-week post-op result for our patient who underwent an upper blepharoplasty or “eyelid lift.”. From the front view, you can see she had asymmetry, with one eyelid being heavier than the other. This was balanced out during surgery, where a small amount of extra skin was removed to help open her eyes and give them a more lifted and youthful appearance.
